Finding appropriate manufacturers

We identify appropriate manufacturers that align with our clients' requirements, considering item specifications. We educate our merchants according to our clients' criteria and provide regular updates on the strengths and weaknesses of manufacturers, ensuring our clients are well-informed throughout the process.

Sample development

The creation of a brand product commences with the sampling phase. We diligently examine our client's vision for their products, collaborating closely with their mood boards, ideas, and specifications. Additionally, we offer design services if our clients express a desire for them.

Quotation

Our pricing model is not only competitive but also transparent, offering our clients a clear understanding of the exceptional value they receive. This commitment to openness ensures that our clients can make informed decisions, fostering a relationship built on trust and satisfaction.

Production Follow-up and status reports

Upon commencement of production at the manufacturing plant, we maintain a vigilant follow-up. We establish comprehensive time and action plans to oversee and regulate various production processes. Alongside providing regular updates to our clients, we issue weekly status reports as needed.

Quality control

Starting from the initial sampling phase until the execution and bulk dispatch of the order, we coordinate with the manufacturers. We furnish pre-production samples, initiating mass production only upon client approval. Throughout the process, we perform mid and final random inspections on behalf of our clients.

Organizing shipment

Following the handover of goods for shipment by the manufacturers, we actively liaise with our logistics partner. We maintain consistent communication with our clients, providing updates until the final delivery of the goods. Our commitment to seamless coordination ensures a smooth and reliable logistics process, facilitating timely and secure deliveries for our clients.
